B&B Price List and booking information 

Prices are shown per room, per night, breakfast included (B&B).

We're very sorry: we have NOT any Credit/Debit Card payment facilities

and there isn't possibility to accommodate your pets at any way.

Regret, we do not offer discounts and any way rooms prices are fixed,

also in case, for some reason, our Guests cannot or don't need to have breakfast at the Cottage.

There are ONLY 2 ROOMS available and we can accomodate a maximum of 4 adults.

Please, note there aren't any triple or family bedrooms here,

but, if you have a baby , you could bring with you a baby travel cot,

arranging it in the England room. But please, let us know in advance!

CYCLE for hire  per day………...…….……..+ 10 € pp per day

Do you have a special occasion

or do you want to make a surprise to your partner travelling with you?

Let us know how much money you need to spend and, with prior arrangement,

you'll find in room, at your arrival, flowers, chocolates, local sparkling wine

and/or a beautiful original English china prettily packed.

IMPORTANT notice:

One night stays are always very welcome

but, having our own family commitments, we kindly ask you

bookings including Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, 1st May, 15th August and 8th December nights

must to be made for two nights at least.

Please, have in mind we don't offer to our guests any use of the kitchen.

ACCESSIBILITY:

The Cottage is a family home on two floors and we're very sorry but

there's ease of access for people having mobility problems or using a wheelchair.

Please also remember

ALL THE COTTAGE IS STRICTLY NO-SMOKING
